Private Duty Care is a service that provides for a variety of daily activities and duties for your loved one. The focus of this services is as follows:
- Registered Nurse to supervise and oversee all of the client’s needs
 - Certified Home Health Aides, educated homemakers/companions
 - A Registered Nurse makes supervisory visits
 - Services may be in the patient’s home, ALF or a hospital setting
 - Services are based on a 3-hour minimum with a service agreement, not a contract
 - Services are available 7 days a week/24 hours per day/ 365 days a year
 - Respite Care available
 
UHH Private Duty Services cover a wide range of daily activities such as:
- Bathing & Dressing
 - Light housekeeping, Laundry and Linen Change
 - Nutritional Support – Meals
 - Caring Companionship
 - Walking and Exercise
 - Errands & Transportation
 - Grocery Shopping and Errands
 - Medication and Doctor Visits
 - Games or Fun Activities
 - Attending a Social Event
